The diversity of our clientele has grown tremendously over the past few years. Rather than listing our clients by name we have provided some generic information on our client base. We are able to provide references from our clients and where that is appropriate and with their permission we will identify them. 

Benard and Associates provides services to a wide range of clients including

• Professional Regulation - We currently work with over twenty different regulatory bodies across Canada by providing them with investigation services, mediation services and assisting with policy and process design.  
• Corporations - We provide our services to several corporations to assist with managing workplace conflict including the investigation of harassment or sexual harassment allegations, mediation for disputes within the workplace and facilitation of processes aimed at team building  
  
• Educational Institutions - We provide educational services for colleges, universities and private educational entities on topics such as legal issues in health care, alternative dispute resolution and investigation practises.    
• Governments - We provide investigation and mediation services for a number of governments across Canada    
• Health and Wellness - We provide mediation, facilitation and coaching services for one of North America's largest organizational wellness consultants
• Health care Institutions - We have worked with several hospitals and long term care facilities to assist them in educating their staff and management in areas such as workplace health, internal fact finding and investigation as well as dispute resolution. We also have conducted investigations and mediations for many health care institutions 
• Individuals - We have assisted many people with their dispute resolution needs from simple disputes to complex multi-party disputes
